Turning 50 in April made my life come into a new era. Not just in age but in everything in my life. Changing careers, my kids are grown adults and now there are grandkids to enjoy.
As this new chapter in my life’s story starts I’m reminded that I need to be thankful for the first part of my life story and face new challenges, new choices, obsticals with enthusiasm and passion!
One needs to have passion in something in their life. I have a passion for helping others to feel better, perform better and have a better life.
