5 Comfort Christmas Gifts For 2020

2020! I thought about what this year has been like for most of the world. A crazy pandemic kicked it off along with people being told to stay at home, work from home if they could. Our children were rooted up from their known comforts of school playgrounds, socializing with other children, and having their own time away from family.

2020 has brought a chance to look back at what brings us comfort in all the craziness. This year I decided to focus on my top 5 comfort picks for gifts. Not just to buy at the holidays but any day.

Is It Over, Yet?

It’s been over eight months now since the COVID-19 VIRUS hit the United States of America.

When President Trumps Coronavirus Task Force first informed us about the virus, we were told it would take 15 Days To Slow the spread of the virus.

It’s been eight months since (almost) everyone has been masking, washing hands, social distancing and it’s still here and still spreading!

Still, Americans are resilient people. We’ve faced complete “lockdowns” by governing entities, which forced businesses to either change the way they provided their services or completely close their doors.

After the election of 2020, I thought the damn thing would go away. Okay, I’m probably being facetious right now but can you blame me?

I know we are all frustrated and tired of this whole fiasco. Especially those on the front lines and in the healthcare settings. It seems like the more they tell us to wear a mask, the worse it gets.

(NO I AM NOT GOING TO MAKE THIS A PERSONAL or POLITICAL STATEMENT)!

Now in some states the public health departments and the Governors along with some mayors, are mandating “stay at home”‘ orders again.

Some”conspiracy theories” believe that COVID-19 is being used as a cover-up for a certain military operation to take down the deep state swamp. Others believe that it was manufactured in Wuhan, China, and intentionally unleashed upon the world and The United States of America to try and end Donald J. Trumps Presidency.

Either way, what I want to know is..

What happened to only fifteen days?

Words To Never Hear Again

I don’t know about you, but I am so over the Coronavirus. I was sitting here thinking about some of the words I’m tired of hearing and never want to hear them again, if at all possible.

Unprecedented –  without previous instance; never before known or experienced; unexampled or unparalleled: an unprecedented event.

No one was expecting a pandemic to hit the whole entire earth.  This word is overused!  After this is over it’s the first word I don’t want to hear any time soon.

Do Your Part – If you do your part, you do something that, to a small or limited extenthelps to achieve something.

Yes, it is getting to be too much.  Stop telling me what I need to do you be healthy.  I have always washed my hands, covered my nose and mouth when sneezing, cleaned and disinfected my house among other things.

I posted this to my Facebook page quite some time ago.

Seriously, I meant all of it.  I see so many people go into a public lavatory, use the facilities, and not wash their hands.  It’s just gross!

Wash Your Hands 🙌 Washing your hands is easy, and it’s one of the most effective ways to prevent the spread of germs.

The Center for Disease Control recommends that these five steps be done every time.

  1. Wet your hands with clean, running water (warm or cold), turn off the tap, and apply soap.
  2. Lather your hands by rubbing them together with the soap. Lather the backs of your hands, between your fingers, and under your nails.
  3. Scrub your hands for at least 20 seconds. Need a timer? Hum the “Happy Birthday” song from beginning to end twice.
  4. Rinse your hands well under clean, running water.
  5. Dry your hands using a clean towel or air dry them.

Please, for the sake of humanity Wah Your Hands!

COVID – 19 is a respiratory condition caused by a coronavirus. Some people are infected but don’t notice any symptoms. Most people will have mild symptoms and get better on their own.

If you want to know more  information then click the COVID-19 link above.

Do The Right Thing – To act or behave correctly, appropriately, or with the best intentions.

Anymore one must wonder what’s the right thing to do?  There’s so much conflicting information out in the news, on social media, in the newspapers and magazines and yes, they still publish newspapers!

I couldn’t find any articles which intrigued my interests so I’ll leave that up to you.

Lastly, Mask Mandates or Wear Your Mask!

There’s so much controversy about masks and whether to wear one or not to.

As for me, I have a different view than that of most people. Keeping the elderly safe and protected should be of the utmost importance!

Next, those who work in the health care field need protection, and people with immunosuppressive diseases need a mask.

A study on the effectiveness of masks points out that a one size fits all approach is not the most reasonable attitude to have.

Not to mention the fact that with children it hides their faces with more of a chance for kidnappings to happen.

A child abduction is more likely to happen with a face covering over their nose and mouth.

Human Trafficking has become a much larger topic on social media, due to others having more conversations and bringing  awareness to the forefront.

All I know is that I’m so over all this and can’t wait for a normal life.

A Day Of Reflection

Twin Towers courtesy of iconicphotos.wordpress.com

Nineteen years ago today, September 11, 2001, is a day that will live in infamy. I remember sending my youngest son and daughter off to school and watching an airplane crash into the north tower.

I sat in disbelief of what I’d just seen. Was it a movie? Then a few minutes later another airplane crashed into the south tower. Unbelievable!

Timeline of the events from 9/11/2001

When the Pentagon was hit, it was assumed to be from another airplane.

Here’s a photo of the type of cruise missile that hit the Pentagon.

In the article by J Lamprecht of Info Wars, he shows us how the Pentagon was hit by a cruise missile from the US Military Arsenal.

His photo of an airplane flying in strictly restricted airspace at the moment of the cruise missile impact at the Pentagon.

I remember talking on the phone to my friend when she started to cry after watching the footage of the attack on the Pentagon. Her brother in law worked at there. It wouldn’t be until four hours later that she called me to let me know that he was alright. Whew!

Let’s not forget the brave passengers and crew members of United Flight 93. Their heroic efforts saved the United States Capitol from coming under attack.

TODD M. BEAMER From
Cranbury, New Jersey

Todd M. Beamer from Cranbury, New Jersey will forever be remembered as the one who took charge of the passengers and coordinated such a heroic plan to bring down the terrorist that hijacked Flight 93.

His famous last words were, “Let’s Roll”.

By now all the world should know of the day that The United States of America came under attack from the evilness of greedy, hateful men that just wanted to destroy our country.

We are resilient people from all walks of life. Reflecting on today makes be humble and proud.

May God Bless You and May God continue to Bless America!

September 2020

I can’t believe that it’s already September 1, 2020. Is that dang virus over yet? It seems like it’s already been a year, sigh.

Fall will soon be upon us.  The cool crisp air, the leaves falling down off tree’s, the wonderful smells of 🍎s, cinnamon and yes, 🎃spice.

I wish a smooth transition into this month for us all.

Happy #September 2020

Warning: The Elites, Ministers, Evangelist, Judges, Presidents and VP mentioned will make you sick.

Everything happening right now is to hide the truth from the people of the world.  These people are EVIL AND SADISTIC!!!

The mind control they place children under is sick.

We must ban together and stay strong and keep hitting these elites and celebrities where it hurts. THE TRUTH!

What’s Going On In Your World?

Hello Readers,

What’s going on in your world today?

I posted this as a question because so many things have been happening in the public eye of  Politics, Science, Sports, Entertainment, and other things.

Can you believe that we are almost finished with the month of July? Crazy I know. Between the virus and protesters, now almost all the sports teams want to change the way they’re going to do business.

This is not intended to be a political post of any kind. Just pointing out what’s been happening in the world.

In my world, my youngest granddaughter turned one in June, my husband has been on the mend. (Shh) don’t say it too loudly.

I am now exploring owning my own T-Shirt Business and working from home.

My life is pretty normal but like yours, it has its ups and downs.

Please drop a comment below and tell me what’s going on with you.

As always,

Happy Independence Day AMERICA

Happy Independence Day America!

With all the craziness of 2020, let us not forget in America there are those whom have gone before us to fight for our freedoms.

Why should it be celebrated?

Why do we celebrate the fourth of July? The federal holiday marks the day in 1776 when the Second Continental Congress unanimously adopted the Declaration of Independence, signaling the official separation of the colonies from Great Britain amid the Revolutionary War.

Today July 4, 2020, it is especially important to understand and appreciate living here.

I am grateful to live where anyone has the right to worship any religion they choose, to work wherever they choose, to gather together for functions, to voice one’s opinion and discuss in an adult manner why a p person has theat outlook on something.

Our world is an unbalanced place right now. It will fall back into place when the time is right. Until then, enjoy your loved ones, find the good in people, do something to help keep America the Greatest Nation on earth.

I wish you and yours a very Happy Fourth of July.
